We support both Windows and Linux OS. You must provide your own Windows License or alternatively take advantage of the free 180 day Windows Server 2016 trial for personal use. If you need further support with this, please get in touch.
You may also provide your own ISO if an operating system isn't available on setup.
These are self-managed VPS, meaning we cannot provide support for your server content or issues you may face with setups & maintenance.
However, we are always available via Support Ticket for support in relation to issues with the server directly, such as connectivity issues or hardware issues.
No. All of our servers are on a month to month basis. We do provide discounts if you pay upfront such as quarterly or annually, but you can cancel any time and the next invoice will not be charged.
We offer a 14-day money back guarantee if you are unsatisifed with the service. This does not apply to services that have been suspended due to breaking our Terms of Service. However, if your service is within the 14 day period and you'd like a refund, please get in touch with support today and we will process this ASAP.
