Step 1
Log into your cPanel account

In the cPanel, search for & click on the Backup Wizard Icon.

Under "Backup or Restore", click on the Backup button
Step 4
In the 2nd step, "Full or Partial Backup", under "Select Partial Backup", you need to click on Home Directory to download home directory only or should you wish to download only MySQL Databases, click on MySQL Databases. You can also download email forwarders in this area too, if you wish.
Step 5
Now click on the Download link/button.
